Some things to keep in mind:

We require a one year commitment when you join the wine club and receive the member discount.  Any discount received will be charged back should you fail to purchase two shipments.

Your credit card will be charged automatically approximately one week prior to the shipment.   Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

If your wine is shipped to you the method of transportation will be FedEx or GSO daytime delivery.  Federal law requires an adult signature (21+).  FedEx / GSO will deliver to the shipping address we have on file for you.

You must notify us of any changes in delivery information prior to shipment.  You are responsible for any misdirected shipment charges due to failure to update delivery information.  A re-route fee will be charged for all re-routed shipments.   A return fee will be charged on all returned shipments.

If you choose to pick up your shipment please try to do so within 30 days.   We cannot guarantee wine availability after 30 days and substitutions may be necessary.

Members must receive two shipments before membership can be cancelled.

It is the members’ responsibility to notify us of special delivery instructions and any changes including address, phone, email and credit card information.

Membership is ongoing until you cancel. You may cancel your membership at any time after 2 shipments.
